So this weekend an incredible woman taught me how to love again. I’m eternally grateful to her.

She did it by:

• Sticking to the time limit.
• Knowing the needs of the audience (me).
• Using appropriate body language.
• Eye contact!
• Using good visual aids.
• Effectively using PowerPoint (concise slides).
• Having handouts that can be referred to at a later date.
• Finishing strongly.
