Burger Burgler at Large
I think the reason that Hamburgler has never been caught for burger theft is because the lead detective has dismissed him as a suspect because no ham has been stolen.
He's in an office somewhere saying "no, I know all of the evidence points to Hamburgler, but look at the name: Hamburgler. It's not Hamburgerburgler. Someone else is behind this. I can just feel it."
